These terms govern your use of Mama Maryam, a pregnancy companion from Nuryx. By using Mama Maryam, you agree to these terms.

Product Purpose

Mama Maryam provides educational, reflective, and spiritual content for pregnancy. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency support, religious authority, or legal advice. Always follow your clinician's guidance for pregnancy care.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your device and sign-in accounts secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us promptly.

Your Content

You keep ownership of journal entries, reflections, uploads, and other content you add to Mama Maryam. You give us permission to store and process that content so we can provide the app experience to you.

Partner Features

If you invite a partner or supporter, only invite people you trust. You are responsible for the invitations you send and the information you choose to share.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use Mama Maryam in a way that violates another person's rights.

Availability and Changes

Mama Maryam may change over time, especially during preview and early access. We may add, remove, or modify features, and service availability is not guaranteed.

Termination

You may stop using Mama Maryam at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these terms have been violated or if continued access creates risk for users, the product, or Nuryx.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mama Maryam and Nuryx are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made from app content instead of professional care.
